A well-established accounting firm based in Botany is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their busy and supportive team. About the Firm The practice is led by a hands-on Director and supported by a team of 17 staff, with additional offshore support to assist with processing and compliance work. The firm manages a diverse portfolio of approximately 4,000 clients, including: Individuals SMSFs Around 400 business clients across a broad range of industries such as architecture, dentistry, hospitality, construction, and more. The Role As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services across a varied client base. Key Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns Managing a portfolio of SME and individual clients Supporting SMSF compliance work Liaising directly with clients and providing trusted advice Working closely with the Director and wider team Systems Xero-based practice Culture & Benefits The firm strongly values office-based collaboration, with a focus on hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing development.
